The 5% service fee is calculated based on the total customer cost. When you confirm a booking and request an advance payment through Weddingly, you’ll specify the total agreed-upon amount and the portion for the advance payment. If the couple makes this advance payment via Weddingly, we’ll deduct our service fee and transfer the remaining amount to you within 48 hours.

For example, if you agree on a total of $1000 for your services with a 25% advance payment, the couple will pay $250 through Weddingly. We will then automatically deduct a $50 service fee (5% of $1000) and transfer $200 to you. The couple will pay the remaining $750 to you directly, bypassing Weddingly’s payment system.

The 5% service fee includes the payment service provider (Stripe) fees. No hidden costs will apply to vendors.

Yes. In this scenario, you’ll confirm the booking through Weddingly and pay the commission via a separate invoice generated in your account.

If you offer services like bar catering where the final price may change, you can indicate at the time of booking that the final amount is subject to change. After the event, you can update the final amount, and the service fee will be recalculated automatically.

Yes, for Pro users, we offer a Pro+ add-on that waives the commission fee. This is ideal for those with more complex pricing structures.

If you’re unsatisfied with Weddingly for any reason, we offer a no-questions-asked refund if you cancel within 7 days.

To request a refund, contact our support team at [email protected]. Your refund request will be timestamped and honored based on when you send your email.

Please note that refunds only apply to your current subscription period. We can’t refund any unused months if you forgot to cancel your plan.

If you had subscribed to a Pro+ add-on, its 0% commission feature will also be discontinued for bookings made during the same period.
