When couples set up their free account, our system maps out what services they need, what their expectations for each vendor are and much more. For several years, we have worked with dozens of vendors to get these questions right – so the answers could give a clear insight into what the couples really need.
Inquiry and first quote
When couples look at your profile and find that you’re a good match, with just one click, they can send you an inquiry.
Inquiries are very detailed and specifically created for your service category. Within seconds, you’ll understand the inquiry and can send a quote via Weddingly. The first quote doesn’t obligate you to anything.
Feedback on quotes
When sending a quote, you can specify whether it is valid for 15 days, 30 days or for an indefinite period. A timer will be visible on the platform and customers will be notified when the time is almost up. They’ll have a choice to either reject the offer, ask for more time or come to an agreement with you.
The Weddingly agreement
Have you reached an agreement with a couple? First, do what you have always done before – make a contract and request a retainer. Lastly, confirm the agreement via Weddingly, that’s it. After it’s successfully confirmed, other vendors in the same category will be notified that the couple has booked.

There are no monthly fees, annual fees or other hidden costs. We follow the principle: No customers, no costs. If you do get a customer through Weddingly, we charge a 5% commission. No registration fee until 28th of May 2020.
Who can offer their services through Weddingly?
Only verified vendors whose core businesses are weddings, have good public images, positive customer feedback and clean financial backgrounds, are found on Weddingly.
How efficient is Weddingly?

Are payments made through Weddingly?
You are currently paid directly by couples. The option for guaranteed payments through the Weddingly platform will be available soon.
Can we add attachments to quotes when sent through the Weddingly platform?
Yes, You can add attachments (.doc, .pdf, etc) to your quotes through the Weddingly platform.
Is my first quote binding?
No, your first quote is not binding. It states your availability and fees only. You can also include a note regarding various pricing options and once the final terms are agreed upon, prepare a final agreement.
Does Weddingly prevent couples from contacting vendors directly?
You can interact as you wish, and we do not limit it in any way. We provide your contact information in your wedding profile. Couples can also share their contact information with you after the first quote.
